How to Donate Tickets:

Step By Step:
Step 1: Sign in to your online ticket account below. If you have already activated your online account, enter your account number or email address and password.If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link, enter your email address, and a temporary password will be sent to you.If you have never activated your online ticket account, click "Register" under "Existing Customer".
Step 2: Once you have signed in/activated your account, click on the "My Account" link on the menu at the top.
Step 3: Click the "Ticket Transfer" link under "My Tickets".
Step 4: A list of games available for transfer will populate. Select the game(s) you would like to transfer tickets from and click "Next".
Step 5: Check the box next to the seat(s) you would like to transfer for the selected games, type in the recipient's name (Todd Bennett) and email address Todd@gamedayforheroes.org, and click "Next". Review details on the next page and click on "Yes, Make Transfer".

Are my Ticket donations Tax Deductible?
Yes - We are a 501C3 Charity and your donations are tax deductible with the IRS
Do I get a Statement?
Yes, we send out donor statements at the end of each year.
What value do my ticket donations have?
Tickets are tax deductible at their face value. You can also deduct transfer or mailing costs.
I have Tickets to donate but it is Friday before the game?
We try our best to place the tickets. It becomes much harder the day before the game. We cannot guarantee we will place a Hero but will do our best.
How much of a donation do you need to send a Hero Family to a game?
It cost about $20 per Hero. So to send a family of four we suggest a $80 donation.
