Gameday For Heroes

Our Story
Gameday For Heroes was founded in 2009. Jana Tarleton, who was then president of the Columbus (Georgia) - Phenix City (Alabama) Auburn Club Alumni Association was tasked with coming up with a community service project. A member of the club, an officer at Fort Benning, GA asked if Jana and husband Mike knew of any tickets available for returning soldiers. And the idea was born.

"Tigers For Heroes", as it was known during it's first year, very quickly turned into much more than a community service project. It became Gameday For Heroes.

Expanding to over 29 schools last year and estimates of over 1/2 million dollars in tickets donated and put to great use. Gameday is now taking it to the next level with more automation and more tickets and venues. We hope that you will make use of your unused tickets this year by donating them to America's heroes. And we will continue to do everything possible to make that happen and provide an awesome Gameday Experience.
